A building community · women + AI
Build the thing youkeep talking about.
Bloom is a community for women who want to build businesses, products and ideas with AI, without needing to code or build alone.

Come with an idea.
Or with ten.
Or with none.
A business, a community, a side project, or a process you're tired of doing by hand. You'll leave with one thing to try this week, and people to ask when it breaks.
Four kinds of evenings, close-knit impactful connections.

Up to 10 women, deep discussion, working through your ideas.

No agenda. Talk about what you're building, or don't.

One tool or topic, taught by an expert in their field, from
ideation to social media branding and logo design.

Laptops open. You bring the thing you keep not finishing.
Come to one before you join.
You leave with something that exists.
Something you actually built
A landing page, an app, an automation. A real thing that exists outside your notes app.
A shortlist, not 400 tools
Which tools we actually use, what each one is for, and which ones we dropped. Plus how other members use them on real work.
People who've already solved it
Someone in the room has hit your exact problem. You get her, not a search result.
Time, and a reason to use it
Evenings in the calendar, small deadlines, and people who notice when you ship. That is usually the part that is missing.
We're here to build with you.
We met at a yoga teacher training and worked out we do the same thing all day. Both product managers, both building with AI.
The women around us wanted to build things too. Some had ten ideas and no first step. Some were already halfway into something and doing it alone. None of them were short on ambition. What they were short on was other people doing the same thing at the same time.
So we had dinner. Eight of us, one table. We'd planned to actually build something that evening and never got to it, because everyone was too busy talking. We took that as a sign.
That's Bloom. Dinners, drinks and workshops in Prague, for women who want to build something and would rather not do it alone. There's no shortage of AI content online. There's a shortage of people to build it with.
You don't need to arrive with an idea. "I don't know yet" is a real answer.

What we believe
- 01
Closing the knowledge gap
We want to enable AI-literacy to reach more women, to lead with knowledge in their industries.
- 02
Accountability beats building alone
Sitting across others who can help connect the dots for you and keep you honest.
- 03
Ethical use of AI
We want to change the world for the better, and influence the AI narrative.
- 04
Messy action over perfection
No grind, start at your best and show up consistently and start somewhere.
Join Bloom Club
We read every application. Tell us what you want to build. One sentence is enough, and "I don't know yet" is a real answer. The club is small and we fill seats by application and word of mouth. We answer everyone. An online program is coming. Join the club and you'll hear about it first.
